Services:
Promoting self-sufficiency the Resident Service Coordinator assists residents by linking them to resources in the community and support services. The Service Coordinator also facilitates chair exercises, meet and greets, speakers for resident meetings, vital checks and memory loss support group. The Activities Coordinator sponsors the following: Bingo, book club, arts and crafts, potlucks, parties, cooking classes, movies, entertainment and education on holistic health.

Eligibility Requirements:
An applicant must be 62 years of age or older; or require all the features of a mobility-accessible unit. The facility is not an extended health care site and staff members do not monitor nor do they administer medicines. If married, one person must be 62 or older or require all the features of a mobility accessible unit.

Fees:
Rent is based on income, and includes all utilities except cable, phone and internet. Interest earned on assets is considered as part of income. Rent is adjusted for out of pocket medical expenses.
